LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man has died after being stabbed Wednesday evening in the Southside neighborhood of Louisville. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. in the 100 block of Colonial Oaks Court, prompting a swift response from Louisville Metro Police (LMPD).
Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was quickly transported to University Hospital for treatment, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell confirmed the death and stated that the department’s Homicide Unit is actively investigating the case. However, as of now, no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been identified.
