LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A 20-year-old man was shot late Saturday night on West Broadway, Louisville Metro Police reported.
According to LMPD Sgt. Matt Sanders, the victim arrived at Norton West Louisville Hospital with a gunshot wound to the foot. The shooting occurred at approximately 10:36 p.m.
Police said the man was walking along Broadway when he heard gunfire but did not see any suspects or what led to the shooting before being struck.
As of now, authorities have no suspect information. The Louisville Metro Police Department’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is actively investigating the incident.
