According to the officials, this unfortunate incident reportedly\u00a0occurred when the customer approached the manager to complain about the quality of the soup. At first, the woman called to complain about the soup she was served, according to NBC.<\/span><\/p>\n

The woman\u2019s complaint was that the soup was too hot. Allegedly, the soup burned the top of the container used to deliver the soup. According to police, the customer threw the hot soup into the face of manager Jannelle to get revenge on the restaurant for serving hot food to the customer. The woman had already cursed Jannelle out on the phone. The manager had tried to deal with the situation by offering the customer a free soup as a replacement. Nevertheless, it was not enough to make the furious customer calm down.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAll she wanted to do was yell and cuss,\u201d Jannelle said in her video. \u201cShe called me names and the kitchen staff names. I told her, \u2018Ma\u2019am, I can still help you. All I\u2019m asking is you do not yell and curse at me.\u2019 She says, \u2018Oh no, honey, you haven\u2019t heard attitude yet, and I will talk to you any which way I f\u2014ing want. I said, \u2018No ma\u2019am, you will not,\u2019 and I hung up the phone.\u201d\u00a0The woman called back but hung up when she was placed on hold while waiting to speak to the manager. She later returned to the restaurant to complain in person. Although Jannelle offered a refund or replacement for the soup, the customer didn\u2019t want to hear about it and just wanted to yell and scream and cause a ruckus.<\/span><\/p>\n
