LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is in critical condition following a stabbing Sunday evening in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood.
According to Aaron Ellis, a spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD), officers were called to the 300 block of N. 27th Street around 7 p.m. on reports of a stabbing. Upon arrival, authorities found the victim suffering from life-threatening injuries.
The man was quickly transported to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he remains in critical condition. However, details regarding the events leading up to the stabbing have not been released, and police have yet to identify any suspects in the case.
